I just finished the "open mic" poetry/music thing I was helping my class put on. It was fun..~

I just wanted to say I hate it when I accidently draw on my pants. I have a pen in my hand and I think of something and then pen drops, and ink streak dashes across my pants. ARGUH! I hate it when I do that. Most all of my pants look like I am trying to draw a picture on them. I should just give up, and start drawing pictures on my pants.

I'm going to Priscilla's mom's house this weekend for dinner, I guess its for Chinese New Year, and it sounds so fun. I love food...

I'm going to update my Japanese journal after this, if your reading English (but can also read Japanese) and wonder why you can not read that journal..this is way: this company (that makes these journals) is very stupid. they don't have Japanese encoding by default, so you have to switch it to Japanese in your browser.... Just a quick note. Nicky (any one else?) was teasing me about the strange mess it looks like when I type Japanese into this diary... so even though I'll still sometimes type Japanese here... I have a Japanese diary now! its for the new words I learn, etc, so if you want to learn lots of dumb words ...see what I'm feeling in Japanese or whatever... please check it out! “ú–{Œê‚Ì“ú‹L ...anyway, its late at night, and thats all I have to say for now! Hello. Hi...uhmm, whats up? (OK! Now its time to write in my journal~!)

Tonight (its 1:50 something in the morning so actually I guess I mean yesterday~) I went to VSA's Vietnamese Culture-Dinner night with Even and Christina (the Christina from here, not Wilson of course!). It was really fun! We had a really good Vietnamese meal and then watched some cool performances (such as dancing, singing, etc). I hadn't hung out with both of them at the same time for a while, so it was cool. (After the event Even came over and he watched a Chinese movie "The Wesley's Mysterious File" .. yes, I know the English title is kind of strange, but it was interesting. A science fiction movie, about aliens, and etc... it was really trippy, but I liked it.)

On Friday, ISC hung out at Stewart's cafe...(Chiaki, Jeff, Polly, and me)... it was fun, we had silly conversations. (A list of remembered topics: black holes, walnuts get you high, translating, and drinking) After we all hung out, Polly invited me to go over and watch the video "LIKE MIKE" at her house. It was a cheesy movie~.. we watched, ate rice (with furikake) and ginger sake.

Tomorrow is my radio show. Yay! It's going to be fun, I think. ¡“ú‚ÍŠy‚µ‚©‚Á‚½‚ËB‚»‚̃rƒGƒgƒiƒ€‚ÌH‚ו¨‚Í‚·‚²‚¢‚¢‚¨‚¢‚µ‚©‚Á‚½`II

** Wow! **

AMAZING!

I was shocked beyond words this weekend to find that Kayo came up to visit me this weekend. I was so shocked to see her outside my window! (If you don't know, she lives in LA~!) She had waited in the cold for FIVE hours because I didnt come home until late, because I didnt know she was coming! (I had been hanging out at Polly's house watching Lilo and Stitch for the first time in Cantonese with no subtitles! woo!) I felt so bad to have made her wait outside! Also that weekend Priscilla and her cousin Jerry came over to hangout! that was fun! We watched an interesting Korean movie: "Barking Dogs Don't Bite". I thought it was cool... anyway, it was all so fun! click "amazing" above to see a picture of all of us...~ DAAG!

3 cool dudes
click image for bigger, better, version!!

Yay! I'm posting the picture today of when Seung One and Hyun Jung came and visited Bellingham! It was so cool! I really felt so relaxed just hanging around with them, thank you guys you all are COOL! bouncy bunny?? What did we do? We watched some of my Korean movies (with no subtitles, so I inserted some of my own ideas sometimes ^^; but I like the movies!) oh oh oh! me and SO and HJ and also Hye Yeon (going to this school in Washington, but from the same Korea School: SWU!) had a pizza party! that was fun, we hung out and ate 2 large pizzas (garlic & bacon, and a pepperoni) and etc... was a lot of fun... After SO left, for some weird reason, the sun came out and showed HJ that it can really be sunny in Bellingham. (Too bad SO didnt get to see! t.t) and me and HJ also hung out at my school and went to a burger shop: Boomers! Good burger, yummy~!... anyway, the whole thing was like going on a trip but I never went anywhere... Cool!twilight zzzzone!

I also wanted to mention an experience from the MLK celebration I went to yesterday after my diary entry. The main speaker had been in World War 2 (way back then!) and had been a part of the Civil Rights Movement and I met him! I felt like I was connecting to history... after the event he was hanging around as people left the room, and I went up to him and told him that his speech had ment a lot to me. I wanted to shake his hand, but he was holding a book in his right hand so I reached out lightly and put my hand breifly on his shoulder. He put his hand on my shoulder and said, "You go to school here, my man?" and we had a short conversation.. he was distrated by age and by the thousands of places he has been, but the brief connection to his mind was really cool. ^^; Anyway, it was a good speech and a good man. Happy ML King day! (actually on this monday, but every day is King day~!) I think MLK was cool, he's my hero and heres my wave to him.

SO and HJ came up to visit me from Wyoming (44th state to join the union) .. it was cool seeing them! SO stayed for 2 nights (between going to Canada), and saddly she only got to see the rainy side of Bellingham. HJ stayed longer and got to see one sunny day before she left.... ~ More details soon... We took a few pictures with SO's digital camera and I'll post them here as soon as I get a hold of them.
